During my Entrepreneurship course during my Masters Program, my team and I were asked to develop a business idea that solved a local problem in Madrid. 

This was our pitch: 
Have you ever had a bad restaurant service experience?  Waiting restlessly for your waiter to come? Endlessly trying call their attention only to be ignored and then desperately waiting another 30 minutes to pay?  What if we put you- the customer- in control?   
"Order what you want, when you want, at your leisure with SWAGE-  a forward thinking, high-tech ordering system. You can customize your order straight from an ipad or iphone located at your table.  It’s as quick as pressing a button to enhance both customer service and restaurant feedback. Split checks how you want, get refills, ask for the check, and pay when you want! With this system, servers will have more time to focus on the needs of the customer making it the ultimate efficient customer experience. 
Swage aims to be the leading service industry software for all mid-tier restaurants and cafe’s in Madrid by enhancing customers overall satisfaction, increasing quality of service and providing instant feedback and data for restaurant enhancement working to benefit both the proprietor and his/her customers. We hope to be in a restaurant near you soon!"
