My duties with these artists ranged from management, coordination of writing sessions, supervision of artistic development, monitoring tracks, accurately distributing royalties and settling splits, securing commissions for compositions, planning publishing contract signing parties, and marketing/promoting existing compositions to record labels and fellow A&Rs.
